Hello, my name is Joseph Carroll. I have been in Law Enforcement for over 15 years, protecting and servicing my community in anyway that I can. Originally, from Los Angles, California, I have seen first hand and have experienced extremely horrific medical situations affecting friends, colleagues, strangers, family members, and even myself.
Last year, tragedy hit close to home when I lost my Grandmother. She had a very interesting life and kept a job up until her 75th birthday, when she had her first series of illnesses which finally forced her to retire.
While in retirement, I saw how her medical expenses just continued to pile up, even with help from family members as well as her retirement benefits. Her struggles did not come from a lack of planning, or her body finally shutting down, like one may think. But it came from her making a bad decision about her health care because she was not properly informed and did not know how to educate herself with the correct knowledge.
Me, being the service oriented person that I am, it left me at a loss for words when I was unable to help out in the way that she needed. I now take pride in knowing that I will be helping others so that they do not have to deal with making health care decisions uneducated.
I am making it my duty to be as informed as possible about the healthcare arena, as to give my best to clients while servicing my community. With my core values of honor, courage and commitment, I will strive to improve myself each and every day.
Therefore, I consider it a privilege to be servicing the Kansas and Missouri Areas as a Life and Health Insurance Agent.
